FALL STRENGTH TRAINING
The Team Poeta Strength Training program
provides a comprehensive program designed
specifically to increase strength, speed and
power to develop athletes, both in the weight
room and on the mat. Led by certified strength
and conditioning professional, Zac Brunson.
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of olympic
lifting, plyometrics, and sport-specific lifting
in a fun and safe environment.
