A little about our Yoga and TRX classes
Taught by superstar trainer Denise Gobillot Team Poeta's TRX and Yoga classes a great addition to your fitness routine. TRX uses your body weight and gravity to give you a much different, and we feel better, pump for your muscles than free weights can. Adjusting the resistance is as simple as leaning more one way or the other.
Her Yoga classes will slow it down a bit and connect your mind with your body. Poses that will test you and elongate your muscles at the same time. It's a perfect cross training tool for your normal routine.
